Personalised Sessions

Individual 1-1 coaching sessions where the focus is solely on you and your desires. This focused time is solely on you to be seen, heard and acknowledged.

The initial format follows 4 x 50 minute (to 60 minute) coaching sessions. The initial two calls are typically scheduled weekly and the following fortnightly.

Additional coaching sessions may be booked as required.
