Cancellation of Session

If you are unable to make a scheduled appointment, I ask that you provide at least twenty four (24) hours notice so that I may offer this time to another client. I am happy to reschedule to another mutually convenient time. Any sessions that are not notified for cancellation or rescheduling prior to this 24 hour requirement may be forfeited and may not be rescheduled.

Refunds

It is preferable for you to commit to the sessions to have a better opportunity to ensure success, but we understand you may not always be able to commit to the full term. We do permit cancellation and offer a prorated refund for any prepaid remaining part of a program after 3 sessions and in accordance with Revive Coaching’s Termination and Cancellation policy. Please note: We do not permit refunds for Services previously provided. Please contact us for the full policy. Whilst we abide by Australian Consumer Law in relation to Revive Coaching’s services and refunds, any other refund at any time is at our sole discretion.
