I am a burnout survivor myself.

As a burnout prevention and recovery coach, I have developed the Rushed to Revived Framework , which serves as the guiding framework for my work with clients.
Each component of the Rushed to Revived Framework is interconnected, and when aligned, they create a powerful synergy that propels your health and wellbeing to prevent or overcome burnout. Through the Rushed to Revived Framework, I am commuted to helping you truly recover from and prevent further burnout episodes.

Each 60-minute session will provide you with the opportunity to progress along your personalized burnout recovery and development plan.
This plan allows you to:
- experience transformative growth by uncovering, understanding and utilizing tools to improve your blind spots.
- identify and update your current survival strategies to healthy alternatives,
- improve emotional intelligence, emotional processing and nervous system regulation
- develop and enhance the mind-body-spirit connection and optimize it for your personal and professional circumstances.
- gain valuable insights and develop strategies which align with your core values.
By the end of the program you will:
- feel confident in yourself and your ongoing vision both personally and professionally
- increase your capacity to enjoy and live life fully
- be able to powerfully communicate with others in a deeper and more meaningful way.
- Experience and make impactful change as being released from old survival strategies will enhance the way you work, the way others view you and the way in which you navigate challenges and opportunities. Having this new skillset will improve your confidence and the way you conduct your own flavour of impactful change in your personal and professional spheres.
- Being able to say what you mean, hold boundaries, and finally get to the areas of your life that you keep putting off. You know, the stuff you would like to do when everything on your never-ending to do list gets done.
- Stop stress and overwhelm and instead find your find head-, heart- and breathing-space
- Being able to slow down or stop between tasks or after the workday and not feel compelled to continue to drive yourself or feel guilty for stopping.
- Improve your focus and rediscover trust in your capability
- Boost your influence and productivity in ways that are energetically aligned to you, regardless of whether you are an introvert or extrovert.
- Strengthen the depth and ease with which your create and nurture your connections with others, making it significantly easier to work cohesively.
- Learn to implement and hold healthy boundaries (guilt-free!)
- Understand why you think and act the way you do. For instance, why everything feels urgent and important, why you need to have everything perfect, why you are so obliging and the go-to person in the office, why you feel like you need to control every aspect of your life.
- Expose your limiting beliefs and survival strategies (as in the above point) and replace them with healthy alternatives that help you grow and aspire into the next level of your evolution in a calmer, more confident and clearer way.
- Reclaim and build confidence in yourself, your capabilities, and your vision.
- Understand more about how your body works, how to process your emotions and regulate your nervous system to release you from constantly being in a state of fight or flight, fawn or shut-down.
- Be able to set and follow through on goals and activities in a timely manner.
- Improved confidence irrespective of if you are introverted or extroverted.
- Increased vitality and improved life harmony – work, play, spiritual.
- Enhance your energy by discovering different ways in which you approach and do your activities. Be prepared for a lot more fun, laughter and curiosity!
The individual 1-1 sessions leverage the content from the Rushed to Revived Program however are tailored to your particular requirements. This enables you to fast-track to the areas that will have the most impact for you.
1-1 individual coaching may be provided online or in person depending on the location. I am based in Perth, Western Australia.
