I'm a Burnout Prevention and Recovery Coach for Corporate Professionals.
I guide clients from entry level through to CEO who are 'at capacity' with exhaustion, shouldering all the responsibility and overwhelm, to reclaiming their energy, focus and joyful work/life balance. I help my clients through a combination of private 1:1 coaching sessions, group faciliation and awareness seminars.

Yes, as establishing whether you are burning out and where you are along the burnout spectrum is the same irrespective of whether your cause originated in the workplace or elsewhere. Once we establish whether you are burning out, then we can drill down and apply specific strategies appropriate to the origins of your burnout.
